Update: Police locate missing woman

UPDATE: RCMP were able to successfully locate Whitney Menicoche. Officials would like to thank those who assisted in finding her.


Hay River RCMP are asking for assistance in locating a missing woman.

Whitney Ethaunda Menicoche, 29, was last heard from by family on June 30th. Menicoche is a Yellowknife resident whom was staying in Hay River.

It’s believed she may have been travelling to Fort Simpson.

Whitney Menicoche is described as 5’4” with a medium build. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hay River RCMP at 867-874-1111.
