RCMP searching for missing woman

Yellowknife RCMP need public assistance in finding a missing woman.

Josefina Aburto is described as 48 years old, Caucasian, 5’8″ tall and roughly 180 pounds.

She was last seen leaving her Yellowknife home on the morning of June 3rd.

It is believed that she is still in Yellowknife, but may have left the community.

One person is facing charges in connection to alleged drug trafficking after 15 people were taken into custody following a number of police led searches on Sunday in Yellowknife. The searches began on Sunday, at three units of an apartment building in Yellowknife, said officers.
