On May 31st, a Northwest TerritoriesĀ public administrator will win the 2017 Commissioner’s Award for Excellence.
The award is given to someone who has shown excellence in the field, either through writing, by practice or any other endeavours. It’s an award that bases itself on the merit of leadership, creativity, values, and accomplishment.
Scott Duke won the award in 2016. He is a part of the legal counsel of the Northern Regional Office of Justice in Canada.
This year’s award will be presented at the Great Hall. The presentation will begin at 10:00 am and will run until 11:30 am.Ā It will be followed by a reception for the award winner.
