Snowboarders and skiers of all skill levels are invited to a year-end event at Yellowknife’s Bristol Pit park this Sunday starting at 11 a.m for the first annual YK Snowboard and Ski FUN-test.
Organizers say the event will include a race, a barbeque and plenty of prizes.
All money raised will help support the development of the snowboard park, which includes grooming, equipment and facilities on site.
The cost is $20 if you register before 4 p.m. on Saturday and $25 is you register day of.
