Northwestel internet services restored after brief disruption

Northwestel says internet services have been restored in Yellowknife following a brief disruption.

Residents may have woken up Wednesday to find they had no connection at all.

At approximately 7:00 a.m., the company announced it was experiencing a disruption to its internet services and that technicians were working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Within an hour, services were fully restored.
