Police suspect pellet gun used to break Yellowknife window

Police believe a pellet gun was used to break an apartment window in downtown Yellowknife on Monday.

RCMP officers attended the building in question and determined that a pellet gun was likely fired after a projectile was recovered at the scene.

While no one was injured as a result of the window breaking, police are actively looking for a suspect or suspects.

“We are seeking information on this incident, as we take seriously any incident that has the potential to harm citizens of our city”, said RCMP spokesperson Marie York-Condon in a statement.
