Photos: Legislature lights up for Christmas in Yellowknife

The NWT’s legislative assembly flipped the switch on its Christmas lights to begin the festive season on Thursday.

NJ Macpherson School’s choir and the St Patrick High School jazz band entertained visitors, with cookies and hot chocolate on offer.

The event also played host to rare bilateral talks between Premier Bob McLeod and Santa Claus.

On this page you’ll find a selection of our photos from the evening.
